At this time, payment is only accepted via e-transfer so unfortunately, direct billing is not available at this time. A payment receipt will be provided with services billed as Occupational Therapy services. Please check with your insurance company to review your coverage details.

The standard rate is $140 per hour. Sliding scale payment may be available - please connect and we can discuss details!

Great question! Shiny is offering appointments in community locations in London Ontario, such as your home (especially for home office ergonomic assessments) and public library meeting room locations.
Virtual sessions are also available as a convenient option. Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure videoconference platform.
